During prolonged fasting, the fat stored in the body is used to get energy due to shortage of glucose. This fat is broken down and one of the product is ketone bodies which is excreted through kidney.

Hence, a person undergoing prolonged fasting has ketone bodies(abnormal quantity) in his urine.
