Answer:

When a body is in motion, by virtue of inertia of motion when it comes down from train.

The body tries to continue with velocity of train , But the legs when touch the ground .

They are at rest and so the leg stops and body moves with velocity and direction of train.

Answer:

This is because inside the train, his whole body in the state of motion. On jumping out from training, as sooner as his feet touch the ground, the lower part of his body comes to rest, the upper part of his body remain in motion due to inertia of motion. As a result, he fall down in direction of motion of the train.
