Initial reading of the meter= 12352 km

Final reading of the meter= 12416 km

Distance Covered= (12416 km-12342 km)

= 64 km

The average speed of the car during this period is

= Total distance travelled/ Total time Taken

 = \frac{62}{2}km /hr

= 32 km/hr

 average \: velocity = \frac{displacement}{time} \\

Displacement is  shortest distance between final and initial position.

So ,Displacement will be Zero because initial and final position is same

ஃThe average velocity is zero

☸ Required Answer is ⬇⬇ ⬇⬇ ⬇

⭕ Total Distance = 12416-12352 = 64 km
Total Time = 2 hrs
Displacement = 0

A.T.Q

a). Average Speed = Total distance/Total time

= 64/2 => 32km/h

b). Average Velocity = Displacement/time
=0/2 => 0

=> Average Speed = 42km/h
=> Average Velocity = 0

QGP: Hi! Nice Answer. There is just one small error. In the end, you mistakenly wrote average speed as 42 km/hr instead of 32. Do correct it, and it will be perfect :)
