when a person throws a meter stick it is found that the center of the stick is moving with a speed of 10m/s vertically upwards & left end of the stick with a speed of 20 m/s vertically upwards. then the angular speed of stick is.

"Initially, the speed of the center point of the stick will be the same irrespective of whatever the rotation that the stick makes while throwing upward.

The left and right end of the stick experiences same force when in rotation.

The formula to find the angular speed of the stick is

R = PC = ½ m

V_p = v + rw

20 = 10 + (1/2) w

W = 20 rad/s"
