The pressure experienced in both cases would be same. So, as

P = F/A

F1/A1 = F2/A2

or the force on the second piston will be

F2 = (F1/A1).A2

by substituting appropriate values we get

F2 = (F1/A1).A2

F2 = (2 / 10x10-4). 100 x 10-4

F2 = 2 x 10 ^3
