medium - n2 = √3

angle of incidence = 2x , angle of refraction = x

sin 2x / sinx = √3 / 1             {sin 2x = 2sinx.cosx}

2 sinx . cosx / sinx = √3 / 1

2 cosx = √3 / 1

cos x = √3 / 2

cos 30 = √3 / 2

x = 30°

∴ angle of refraction is 30°
