When a soda water bottle is opened a gas is evolved.why does the gas is evolved. Does a chemical change take place ?

A. Soda water, like other carbonatedbeverages, contains carbon dioxide that has dissolved under pressure. When the pressure is released byopening the soda container, the liquid cannot hold as much carbon dioxide, so the excess bubbles out of the solution.

when a soda bottle is opened a gas is evolved this is a physical change because the opening of water bottle is not a chemical change so I think this will be a physical change
