Basically this the phenomenon of electrostatic...it is such that when two insulated bodies are rubbed on each other ...the due to the friction the thermal eberg is produced which is gained by the electrons which are losses bonded to the nucleas of the material and thus there is transfer of electrons and charges are acquired...
