Explanation:

let the two digit  number be 10x+y

and the number obtained  by interchanging the digit = 10y+x

as per the condition

10x+y = 8(x+y) +2

10x+y = 8x+8y+2

2x-7y=2 ..(1)

as per the second condition

10y+x = 2(x+y) +8

10y+x=2x+2y+8

8y-x=8..(2)

solving 1 and 2  by elimination method

we get

y =2

and put the value of y =2 in equation 2 we get

8y-x=8

16 -x = 8

x = 8

then The required number is 82
