HEYA!!!

WHEN AN ACID AND BASE REACT WITH EACH OTHER CORRESPONDING SALT ARE FORMED THIS CORRESPONDING SALT MAYBE IS ACIDIC ,BASIC OR NEUTRAL.

FOLLOWING ARE THE CONDITION WHICH SATISFIED THAT WHICH SALT IS ACID BASE OR NEUTRAL.

1) WHEN THE ACID IS CONCENTRATED AND BASE IS DILUTED THEN THE SALT FORM IS ACIDIC SALT.

2) SAME CASE APPLY IN THE BASE.

3) WHEN THERE IS A STRONG ACID AND STRONG BASE THERE IS NEUTRAL SALT FORM WHICH IS NOT ACIDIC OR NOT BASIC IN NATURE.

4) WHEN THERE IS DILUTE ACID AND DILUTE BASE REACT NEUTRAL SALT IS 4 AND THAT IS NOT ACIDIC NOR BASIC.

HOPE IT HELPS!!!!

THANKS

Hey

When acid reacts with base , then the salt so formed may be acidic , mau be basic or may be neutral .

It depends on three things :-

• When string acid reacts with weak base , then the salt so formed will be acidic salt .

• When strong base reacts with weak acid , then the salt so formed will be basic salt .

• If strong acid reacts with strong base or weak acid reacts with weak base , then the salt so formed will be neutral salt .

thanks :)
