In this story the young seagull had mixed feelings. When all the family members of the seagull flew off, the seagull felt lonely, disappointed and scared. The seagull didn't know how to fly, he was scared to jump off the ledge and fly. When he saw the rest of his family flying off easily to get food, he felt sad and lonely. He was probably disappointed in himself as well because he couldn't do what everyone else was doing so easily. On top of that he was hungry too.
