your question is incomplete . A complete question is -----> When an electric current is passed through acidified water, 112 mL of hydrogen gas at S.T.P was collected at the cathode in 965 seconds. The current assed, inampere , is

solution :- reaction is ...
H_2O(aq)+2e^-\rightarrow H_2(g)+2OH^-(aq)
hence, n - factor = 2

so, number of mole of hydrogen gas = current × time/n- factor × 96500

or, volume of hydrogen gas/22400ml = i × 965/2 × 96500

or, 112/22400 = i × 1/200

or, 1/200 = i/200

hence, i = 1 Ampere.
