Copper sulphate solution turns
blue solution in light green colour.

Answer:

This is because Iron is more reactive than copper, and hence it displaces the less reactive copper metal, from copper sulphate solution ( blue in colour) and thus forms Ferrous Sulphate solution (Pale green in colour) and copper metal is formed as residue.
