When an iron knife kept dipped in blue copper sulphate solution turns blues solution into light green color . Give reasons?

Answer:

Iron is more reactive than copper.

So, when the iron knife is dipped in CuSo4, the iron in the knife displaces the copper and makes the knife red and the solution green.

Fe(solid) + CuSo4(liquid) = FeSo4(green sol) + Cu(red deposit)
