We declare the promulgation of Interim Constitution-2063 of Nepal till the next constitution to be framed by the Constituent Assembly placing democracy, peace, prosperity, progressive socio-economic transformation and sovereignty of the country, integrity, independence and dignity in the center to institutionalize .

In 2007, the reinstated parliament of Nepal adopted an interim constitution, declaring the country a secular, federal republic and called for an election of a constituent assembly that would write Nepal's first democratic constitution within four years.
