when any of our own die I don't get any feeling. but once I start remembering any heartful moments with that person in past makes me either cry or laugh.. and starts feeling of loosing that person which is hard thing.. how to forget past , want to be in present . everyday moving emotions but not sticking back with any of it.. is meditation is only possible way ? or can be achieved via any other practices?

One can get a person Outta his/her mind but memories always stay with a person.One can't loose those sweet and spicy moments happened in the past.
Think positive for your coming times and try to focus on it.
Engage yourself with many activities.

Answer: It happens because of the surroundings of our environment. We see all of the people that we love crying at the moment, remembering pastimes of that moment with the person that they spent with.
That's why when we see an accident in a road we don't feel that hurt but when we see any of our own die then we feel bad.
Meditation is the great way to access deep core inside of our own and live in the present moment with full energy + You need to insert/feed yourself with wisdom of life and the reality that one who has born shall surely die one day.
You should also avoid using technology devices like internet> social media> >smart phones>television as much as possible because they are designed in such a way to make us short term focused and forget about the longterm.
