Mitacs Timeline for 2014-15 Batch :
30th September - Deadline for Application
21st October - Confirmation that Mitacs is moving forward with my candidature after screening.
7th November - Got an email from one of the professor I had applied to (I choose his project)
8th November - Skype Interview (More of an informal discussion about project) with professor
26th November - Official Email of selection by the same professor
12th December - Email regarding start date
1st Jan 2015 - Email from professor to discuss start date
2nd Jan - I declined offer
I got selected in the first wave of matching. Many got selected in second wave of match. Results of second wave of matching came out in 3rd Week on December (
