WHEN BALLOON IS RUBBED WITH DRY HAIR DRY HAIR LOOSE ELECTONS AND BECOMES POSITIVELY CHARGED. WHY CANT BALLOON LOOSE ELECTRONS???​

The valence shell will be having tendency to lose electrons.. so If an atom loses electrons it becomes positive charged.. if an atom gains electrons it becomes negative charged particle
