When blood with blood group O transfusedto a person with blood group AB cant the antibody present in the plasma of the blood with blood group O react with the antigens of blood with the blood group AB . why.

it will not react with the blood group AB. this is because these blood groups have a membrane on themselves which are different from the other blood group but the only blood group that has no membrane is blood group O . this blood group donot react with the other other blood groups due to no membrane and easily gets transfused in the other blood group. that's why it is called universal doner .....

A person having blood group 'O' does not have Antigens (neither A nor B). So it can be transfused to a person having blood group 'AB' as there will not be any antigen-antibody reaction.
