crystals of copper sulphate contains water of crystallization which determines its colour...when the crystals are heted they get evaporated leading to colourless substance..when a few drops of water are sprinkled they again starts to regain their water of crystallization and hence also their colour

cuso4.5h20 is the chemical formula of blue colour crystals of copper sulphate.

when you heat it, the water of crystallization i.e, 5h20 gets vapourized.

so cuso4 only is present now which is white in colour.

when few drops of  water is sprinked the cuso4 regains its water of crystallization and forms cuso4.5h20 and becomes blue colour.

please mark it the brainliest.

thank you.
