When botam of watet heated it comes surface. This type water heated in vesal. But when we cool water it will not sink to botam why?

Fluids expand when heated and become less dense. So as the water at the bottom of the pot becomes hot, its density decreases. When water is heated, it evaporates. The molecules move and vibrate so quickly that they escape into the atmosphere as molecules of water vapor.
