Calcium chloride does not react with Hydrochloric acid. CaCl2 is a water soluble ionic salt. When CaCl2 is added to the water, it dissociates into ions. Likewise, HCl dissociates into ions when added in water. When CaCl2 and HCl reacts in an aqueous medium, the reaction end up with a mixture of Ca+2, H+ and Cl- ions. The compounds simply dissociates.
