Explanation:

According to the theory of relativity, it is said that an object is "at rest relative to" another. Two or more than two objects are said to be at rest, if its position with respect to each other is not changing or moving with uniform velocity with respect to each other; rest and motion are relative terms.

Answer:

the body is said to be at motion when there is a movement in it. a body can be absolutely at rest according to the newtons law of force: that when a body is at motion it will be continuously in motion and if a body is at rest it will continuously remain at rest until and unless an external force is applied.
