If the bowler bowls without some part of the front foot behind the popping crease (either grounded or in the air) when it lands. If the front foot of a bowler lands behind the crease and slides beyond, then it is not a no-ball. If the foot lands beyond the crease, it is a no-ball.

Answer:

It depends on the ball we're throwing and when umpire declares a delivery as a ‘No ball’ when the ball is above the batsman’s waist, faults in the foot. If the ball is declared as no-ball due to foot faults first umpire signal it as no-ball. Second umpire signal when the ball is above the batsman’s wrist.
