CH2=CH-CH2-CHCl2 is on the treatment with C2H5ONa in C2H5OH as shown in the figure.

CH3 - C ≡ CH

So in the reaction is continued for further CH2=CH-C=-CH (read the last =- as a triple/acetylene bond) can be obtained.
