• Chandryaan -2 will be launched in April , 2019 . Though it was expected to be launched on January 3rd, 2019 , but the date has been delayed to April.

• It was made by the purpose of observing the lunar surface which will be helpful in analysis of lunar soil.

• Its weight is 3290 kg
