When compared to many other states, gender bias is very less in Himachal Pradesh .. Explain.

Yes,it is very surprising that even though the state of Himachal Pradesh is not very high but it has a high literacy rate and gender buas is also very low.The government of himachal is working hard to spend education and job opportunities in all the parts of himachal.Thus the people are educated and that believe in equality and progress of girl child.
