when Convex lens is focus on a piece of paper in the sunlight the paper will burn why?

convex lens is a converging lens which converge all the rays on the focus of the lens if we take convex lens under sunlight it converge all the rays at a particular point of paper and thus increase in temperature at that point .....it makes paper burn.......but only on one condition that you may not move lens ....
