At 63⁰C:

CuSO4.5H2O(s)→CuSO4.3H2O(s)+2H2O(g)

At 109⁰C:

CuSO4.3H2O(s)→CuSO4.H2O(s)+2H2O(g)

At 200⁰C:

CuSO4.H2O(s)→CuSO4(s)+H2O(g)

At 650⁰C:

CuSO4(s)→CuO(s)+SO3(g)
