Cu being less reactive doesn't react with the HCl to liberate Hydrogen gas and hence there is no bubble formation and the temperature also remains unchanged.
The formation of bubbles (Hydrogen gas) when a metal react with acid is related to the reactivity of the metal.
Hope this helps !
