Given:
Current flows through a conductor in a direction out of the plane of paper.
To find:
Direction of magnetic field around the conductor.
Solution:
The principle rule applied in this type of questions is the RIGHT HAND THUMB RULE :
- The direction of thumb shall represent the direction of current flowing through the conducting wire.
- Curling of the fore-fingers will represent the direction of the magnetic field around the current carrying wire.
- In this case , thumb will be directed upwards. Hence the field around the wire will be in anti-clockwise direction.
Hope It Helps.

Answer:
Anticlockwise.
Explanation:
Explanation
Direction Of Magnetic Field is Determind by the Right hand thumb rule where the thumb goes along the direction of current and curl of the fingers gives direction of magnetic field.
Similarly a current coming out of paper represented by direction of magnetic field will be anticlockwise.
