When did lencho come to the postoffice?how did the postman and the postmaster react to lencho coming there?

Lencho was surprised because he want to need 100 pesos but postmaster gave only 70 pesos to Lencho. Lencho called the post office employees "a bunch of crooks" because he thought that they have taken half of the money which God had send to him.
