English, asked by sofikul15, 1 year ago

when did my childhood go?
was it the day I ceased to be eleven,
was it the time I realised that Hell and Haven,
could not be found in geography,
and therefore could not be,
was that the day!
1/what is the poet asking for?
2/what does hell and Haven stand for?
3/what phase of life does the stanza reveal?
4/how does the poet discribe the process of being grown up?

1/ The poet is asking where did his childhod go and when it disappeard from his life

2/Hell stands for oldage and heaven stands for childhood

3/ The phrase reveals that one day childhood will begone forever and our best moments in life will fade away

4/ The poet describes that the process of growning up is slow but is noticeable .

We will not realize that we are growing at the time of growing but we will realize that we are grown up after we grow up .

The poet mentions that he did not realize when he lost his childhood and grew up like all of us .

This is my first try please coperate
