It was a project, which was to determine what household materials could act as the conductors of electricity. I remember I was in 6th standard, and none of the students were told about each other's projects. At first, I thought mine wouldn't be a nice thing, as it was too simple. There was just a battery, some other materials and usual tangled wires. But I won the third prize! Because, you know, my classmates had all made windmills, and motor related projects, which I think got the judges bored.
P. S. - The 1st prize was for 10th standard participant, and the 2nd was to an eight-thee. So, it was kinda big deal for me.
