The first cloning was done on 5th of July 1996. It's was done by Ian wilmut and his colleagues at Roslin Institute in Edinburgh.
It was done between Finn Dorseett sheep (Male) and Scottish blackface eve(Female). The fusion between them resulted in the birth of a sheep named dolly
