In the winter season when the atmosphere is very cold, the bear present inside the room gets condensed and becomes foggy. this is because of low temperature which makes the molecules of air to get closer and change its state.
We can also see some of the water droplets on the glass. This is because the air present near by the glass gets contains and become water droplet due to the cold temperature outside.
