When do the fisherman set out for sail?

VishalGkv: They start at 2 am in the morning, because that is the time when the wind is blowing from the land towards the sea, so it is easy to sail through the sea. Also, the fish can't pay attention to their surroundings at that time which is an advantage for the fisherman. Hope this helped you.

Before I answer this question, i will clarify couple of points. 1. Some fishermen do "set out" for fishing at night and it is not the case with all fishermen. 2. Setting out to fish is not the same as actually fishing.

Hi friend!!
Fishermen usually set out to sail in the early morning. (3-4 am) This is the time when the DO ( dissolved oxygen) level in the rivers is the maximum...
The fishes gradually come up to the surface of the waters and the fishermen are thus able to catch them easily...

Hope that clears your doubt!!
