If the two atoms are more stable together than being seperate then we can except a chemical bond. Chemical bond occurs by exchange of electrons.

Hii friend!!

Here is your answer..

When the two atoms have opposite charge then we can expect a chemical bond between them. As the atoms are opposite charged the positive charged atom can attract the negative charged atom forming a bond called ionic bond.

for example :
An atom of sodium can attract an atom of chlorine to form sodium chloride by the ionic bond.

Hope this might help you. Please mark my answer as brainliest...
