Our inner peace can only be found when we are spiritually re-engineered by repentance, by surrendering your own will, which is the seed of the serpent that gave us all of these trouble.

But when you surrender your will to the Almighty Father and begin to do His Will, I’m not saying you will not have any problems anymore, you will have problems but there will be peace within you because first of all, peace is found when you and your Creator will have a loving relationship because of your obedience through repentance then you obey His will.

There will be more problems probably because according to my experience as your model, since the presence of the enemy is still very much alive in this world, the devil will make life very, very hard for you. But you will find that inner peace within you.

when you Be grateful. ...

when you Give a good compliment and feel very nice...

Breathe deeply. ...

Acknowledge the unhappy moments.

when you see your best ones happy u do get that happiness that's the peace.

when you be with your best ones or best friends  you get that peace.

I get that peace when i help people or donate,give charity...
