When do we say that acceleration of a body is zero

Acceleration of a body is said to be zero, when the body moves with a constant speed or velocity. If there is no difference in the velocities if a body at consecutive intervals of time ie [velocity at t2- velocity at t1= 0] then there is zero acceleration.
