When do you feel the happiest. why?. This is a question about my assignment
Answers
Answer:
Happy people feel confident in themselves and are not too worried about what other people think about them," Natalie Moore, a Los Angeles-based therapist, told me. "This frees them up to be open, honest, and vulnerable with others in their life." Happy people are also brave enough to say what they're truly feeling.
Explanation:
When I have my ‘ME TIME,’ I feel happiest.
Ok, so life really sucks sometimes.
I know, one should do what they love and move ahead. But sometimes, you are stuck between two options.
(Top) Priority
(Top-1) Priority
(Top) Priority is the one you love.
(Top-1) Priority is the one you like + your parents like+ your friends support. And, you later feel good about it.
I worked on (Top-1), so it's more detailed.
I get up every morning, get ready and move to the metro station. I get down from the metro, take an auto and reach office. I work and learn, which makes me feel happy and tired.
I complete my routine and come out, sometimes in a good mood and sometimes in the worst feeling. (It’s never bad actually :| ) I reach home at 8 p.m, Exhausted! After all the traffic struggle.
This routine is vital, as my earnings help me in my living. This schedule is every five days in a week. But what pumps in to make my week beautiful is ‘me time’.
This is when I can feel things for real around me.
So, various things make me feel happiest:
- Gifting lil drawings and letters to my friendly randomly to see them smile makes me feel satisfied
- Enjoying the evening sun and getting a beautiful picture clicked at the same time makes me happy.
- When I was tired of working late at night. I took 2 mins of spare time to draw this, and it made me happy.
