when do you get annoyed? how do you react then?

I get annoyed when someone insults me..
At first I become cool and try to get reason about my insult..

I react depending on my mood. sometimes I just scream or just be very sarcastic to the person who annoyed me. Am actually working on controlling my emotions by counting till 10 or drinking water or just avoiding the scene.
