Normal breathing rate=15-18 times/minute
Breathing rate differs with the demand of Oxygen in body.
When we do vigorous exercise like running, swimming, etc the demand for oxygen increase and it may go upto 28-30 times/minute.
When we are resting or sleeping, the demand of oxygen drops down and reaches to 12-15 times/minute.
