When does a party become a recognized party ?

Any party become as nationnal party or recognizing by achieving below few mandatory condition by Election Commission of India 

1.any party  should wins 2% of seats in the Lok Sabha  or 11 seats according to 2014 ECI rule & from minimum 3 different States.

2 During  General Election to Lok Sabha or state elections , the party polls 6% of votes in four  different States and need to wins 4 Lok Sabha
