Mid day is when you can see the sun right above your head i.e. Noon it's actually mid day and For Mid night....actually we can't even predict as it's duration is variable and we can't predict it by seeing moon's positions.....

Concept introduction:

The definitions of 12 a.m. and 12 p.m. have not been set by any standards. It's a common saying that Monday morning midnight is 12 a.m., and Monday afternoon noon is 12 p.m. This places all times starting at 12 and ending in am in the same hour-long block, along with all times starting at pm.

Explanation:

We have to tell when does a place have its mid day and mid night.

A question about mid day and mid night has been given to us.

Midday is when the sun is directly overhead, therefore noon is actually midday. As for midnight, we are unable to estimate it because its duration is unpredictable and we are unable to do so by looking at the positions of the moon.

Final answer:

The final answer of the question is In fact, noon is midday since that is when the sun is directly overhead.

We cannot anticipate the duration of midnight since it is unpredictable, and we cannot do it by observing the moon's positions.
