When does government need to have no confidance vote in parliament?

No Confidence motion is usually the last step and one of the most extra-ordinary measures that demonstrates the ultimate power of legislative over Executive in the Indian parliament.
It usually proceeds like:
1. A bill or a motion which is sponsored or proposed by Opposition or a Coalition of Opposition is passed in Lok Sabha with simple majority.
2. A review of the votes is done to analyze what's the strength of the Government MPs and why the Opposition bill was passed.
3. If the analysis points out that despite the Government MPs all present and voting against the Bill, the bill was passed, the signals of the Government not being in majority becomes a reality.
4. Then, if the Opposition or the opposing Coalition parties decide to form a Government, they call for a No-Confidence Vote.
5. No-Confidence Vote happens on the floor of Lok Sabha and the MPs decides 'Yes' or 'No'. If the 'Aye' are more, then the Government collapses immediately.
