QUESTION:

When does he realise that he has lost his way?How has his anxiety and insecurity been described?

ANSWER:

hey realised that he has lost his way on reaching the roundabout. He stopped there and saw men, women and children, carried away in whirling motion. Then he tell his parents for ride but he did not get any reply from them. he turned to look it is parents but there where no one. then he realised that he has lost his way in the fair.

his anxiety has been described by explaining how the child react and tries to find his parents. This is a natural explanation and the author had avoided using difficult allegory this shows that the child is quite courageous and instead of crying his heart out. He tries to find his parents.

Hope it helps
