when a men is walking then at one time only his one foot on the ground .due to this the force of weight of a men falls on a smaller area of the ground and produce more pressure on the ground . on the other hand when a men is standing on his both of feet on a ground feet are on the ground. due to this force of weight of the men falls on a larger on a ground and produce less pressure on the ground
