If you consider the motion of an object with respect to a frame which has acceleration with respect to ground, you have to consider an extra force on that object named pseudo force. It's direction is in opposite direction of the direction of acceleration of the frame.
It's magnitude is equal to :-

( mass of that object * magnitude of acceleration of the frame).
