1. When the object moves is doing circular motion, the magnitude of the acceleration is constant but direction always keeps on changing, which results in non zero or variable acceleration.

2. A car moving in a crowded street will move with greater speed if space is enough and if it stucks in the crowd then it will move with less speed. So,here acceleration will be variable as speed is changing.
